Contingency Search– This is the traditional recruiter fee structure where the fee is based off of the candidate’s base salary and is not owed to Key People unless you hire the candidate. Our placements are guaranteed for 90 days.  We can conduct contingency searches for many different positions including top Administrative workers all the way up to Executive Level Professionals.

Retained SearchRetained searches are our premier search product and one that our clients find most popular when an organization prepares for a highly confidential search or a critical hire needs to be made. A retained search assures your company of our dedicated service and effort for your specific job search. Your search becomes the priority and focus of our entire team until the position is filled. Candidates are recruited exclusively for your positions and will not be shared with other clients until the candidate is no longer under active consideration by your company.
